Mobile Apps
Flutter and Godot apps from concept to production. We publish nine of our own apps on the Apple and Google stores, run paid acquisition campaigns, handle monetization (AdMob, in-app purchases), and navigate Apple and Google review processes.
Flutter
Single codebase for Android and iOS. We use Flutter on most of our mobile projects, including Agenda Pro, AI Edge, and Quita. Experience with publishing on both stores, Firebase integration, analytics, and monetization.
Godot
Game engine for interactive projects and mobile games. Geo Warden and Snake Game, our published titles, were built with Godot. Experience with ad campaigns and retention optimization.
AI Integration
Embedding LLMs and AI tooling into applications and internal workflows. The know-how we bring comes from real use: building a working MVP of a generative-AI-powered app (FitEasy, an unpublished internal product) and heavy use of coding agents (Claude Code) as a productivity multiplier in our day-to-day work.
In the product
LLM API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic) in Flutter apps and backends, with attention to per-user cost, latency, fallbacks, and the user experience when the AI gets it wrong.

Three principles that define our relationship with clients.
Integration with the client's operation
We work inside the client's tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Slack, Teams), with Scrum or Kanban, adapting to the house flow. We don't require the client to adapt to our preferred tool; we adapt to theirs.
Pragmatic stack choices
We pick technology based on the client's problem, not what's trending. Laravel, .NET, React, Vue, Flutter, Godot, Java, whatever fits. That includes recommending against a migration or rewrite when the existing code is doing its job.
Operational transparency
Hours logged auditably, direct communication with the technical partner, no account layer between the client and the people doing the work. When something gets stuck, the client hears about it the moment we do.
